Cart.com is a leader in providing end-to-end commerce and logistics solutions, empowering B2C and B2B companies to scale efficiently across every sales channel.
For this project, I wrote social media copy primarily for LinkedIn—with additional adaptations for Meta—to reach Cart.com’s core audience of eCommerce business owners and operations leaders experienced in logistics and fulfillment. The challenge was to translate complex, technical subject matter into content that felt approachable, actionable, and relevant to their day-to-day realities.
The resulting copy maintained a confident yet conversational tone, delivering expert-level insights in a clear, digestible way, designed to engage decision-makers where they are.
