Ownership Works is an organization focused on making equity accessible to everyday employees through shared ownership.
For this project, Ownership Works requested a strategy for their LinkedIn audience that would both provide valuable information and establish them as thought leaders in the shared ownership space.
This included content celebrating Black History Month and a special piece marking their 3-year anniversary, highlighting key achievements and reinforcing their impact in making equity accessible to everyday employees.

For Black History Month, the solution I presented was to develop a three-pronged approach—celebrate how much has been accomplished, explore what more progress looks like with practical, researched backed solutions, and quotes looking to a promising future.
For the 3-year anniversary, I developed compelling lines of copy that showcased Ownership Works' accomplishments and reaffirmed their mission of making equity accessible to all employees, amplifying their leadership in the space. We decided on three separate carousel posts for LinkedIn.
