As part of the rebrand for the wealth management company World Advisors (formerly Pensionmark), I crafted short-form copy for their platform SmartMap—a Financial wellness and education program they offer their members.

My primary challenge was to take dense financial topics and present them in a way that was not only engaging but easy to digest for Millennial and Gen Z audiences, who often prefer concise, accessible information over lengthy, complex breakdowns.

Tone of voice played a crucial role in this process. I crafted conversational, relatable copy that made financial concepts feel easy to grasp and actionable. The goal was to encourage engagement, educate, and make these essential topics approachable for a younger demographic.
